Participation in our research programs is subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our sole discretion. Program participation is for research purposes only.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Longwelle (operated by Current Ventures LLC) related to your AI coaching program, account notifications, and personalized wellness guidance.

  • Program description: Messages may include coaching reminders, account or appointment notifications, wellness guidance, and related service communications from Longwelle.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your program participation and account activity.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To resume, you must opt in again.

  • Consent not required for purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Carriers: Supported carriers may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payments and Refunds

Program fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. Payment terms and refund policies are provided with your program agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for future enrollments.
